Golden Age Restoration, Inc. was founded in 2003 by lifelong city residents John and Jane Quartuccio. The aim of the business is to assist St. Louis building owners with preserving the integrity of historic homes and buildings. Through our restorative care services, a niche has been found--where city living is encouraged and interest in urban history is piqued.
The expertise and craftsmanship of our crew has helped enhance more than 200 homes and buildings in the city!
Golden Agehas been fully licensed and insured since 2003,
specializing in
interior and exteriorcarpentry and painting,
flooring restoration and installation,
masonry, tuck-pointing, and roofing.
However, the work that is possible runs the gamut and we may also use our master plumbers, electricians, and HVAC contacts to help complete your project whether it is a complete gut rehab or small residential update.
For property owners looking to make smart restorations, we offer general contracting, planning and project management.
We work with owners, architects, and city inspectors on a hypothesis to move your project toward a reality. If a project seems as though it will not add longevity or value to your property, we are honest about your best options.
As of April 2010, we are compliant with the EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP). Our G.C. is a certified renovator for Golden Age.
